Property Investment Consultant
Due to expansion and a large pipeline throughout 2024, Track Capital are seeking experienced, knowledgeable and professional Investment Consultants. You will advise our clients from around the globe on the correct opportunity to suit their investment criteria and objectives.
In this predominantly telephone based position you will be discussing complex property investment schemes often to high net worth, sophisticated investors. As you can imagine, experience within the property market is essential. You should have a solid track record in property and extensive knowledge and awareness of the current market conditions, as well as a technical understanding of various investment structures and the process involved.
We don’t simply hire salespeople, we actively seek out those who operate with honesty and professionalism, which will, in turn, build long-term relationships and referrals, which has allowed Track Capital to grow aggressively.
In terms of our sales approach, we offer a mature and consultative environment. You will be provided warm leads daily, there is no cold calling and there is no hard sales or pressure on closing deals to an unreasonable extent. Your role is to present the intricate details of the investments to ensure clients are educated, ultimately enabling them to make an informed decision. We know we have market-leading products, it’s just a case of presenting these to investors, based on their specific criteria. We are looking for characters who will complement our ethos and approach.
